Congratulations to Roger Worthington (Prom Queen) and his Cambridge Schooner Rendevous Team

Congratulations to all those who helped make The 1st Annual Schooner Rendevous in Cambridge, Maryland - the brainchild of schooner captain, Roger Worthington a great success.

Schooners: Sultana, Stella Polaris, Martha White, Adventure (no R), Sally B, Antonina and of course Prom Queen graced the Cambridge waterfront. They were also complimented by several skipjacks and a few other classic vessels.

The volunteers did an amazing job of hosting not only the schooners but also a good number of old and new schooner fans. With big smiles, great food and drink, wonderful music and just the right amount of charm.

I think we'll have to call October schooner MONTH in the Chesapeake...

Thank you Roger and Paula.

Cambridge Schooner Rendezvous

I can't thank Paula and Roger enough for their hospitality in Cambridge. We had a great time, and this event will surely become a classic.
The Wharf Rats, the group from the marina, did a fine job of making everyone feel right at home.

I managed a couple pictures, which can be found by pasting this link into your browser.
