Seeking plans / construction details for a 35 ton 1800 New England schooner


In South Australia on the American River a group of volunteers intends to build a replica of the schooner Independence.  The original was built as a support vessel for a Stonington, CT brig on Kangaroo Island in 1803. 

David Churchill, Secretary of Rebuild Independence Group Inc, wrote to the ASA seeking help in locating plans / construction details.  The plan shown here is from an illustration of a reconstruction on the group's website, to show how the vessel may have looked.  The group would be very grateful for any leads on the whereabouts of plans.  Their website tells the story ___
